WOW I seem to be having the same problem, I have been on 50,000 units of vitamin d for the past three months and my level has actually dropped from 25 to 19. I am really concerned that I to am not absorbing it and wondering what I should do. I do have a thyroid problem and take synthroid daily. not sure where to go from here can you add the vitamin d3 to the vitamin d2?
