Hi Bron,

While your pain may be due to many things and you should always have a full medical workup to rule out anything serious. But if you already have been worked up and nothing has been found, then YES, your problems COULD very well be due to Vitamin D Deficiency.

Get your Vitamin D Level Checked ASAP, making sure that you get the 25(OH)D level done.

Then, you need to make sure that you get aggressive enough treatment to get your level up to between 50 to 80 ng/ml. Any less and you could still have mild Vitamin D deficiency that could be contributing to your pain.

Also, you could be deficient in the anti-inflammatory Omega 3 Fatty Acids as well. Getting a good Omega 3 Fatty Acid Supplement could be of benefit as could taking turmeric- both of which are anti-inflammatory.

I also recommend that you check out the website www.tendonitisexpert.com It sounds like you may have some degree of plantar fasciitis which one of his videos there may be able to help you with.

Let me know if I can help further.

Hi
Over the last year I have had pain in my shoulders, arms, lower back and ankles and feet. I can hardly walk when i get out of bed but it comes good after a few minutes of walking. My arms shoulders and lowe back are constantly in pain.

I would be most grateful for any advise on how to treat this. I have been thinking that I think I may have a vitamin D defficiency.

Kind regards Bron
